This is my new favorite product!  Not only do the containers allow me to see how much of an ingredient I have, they include the necessary accoutrements.  For example, the brown sugar container has a spot in the lid for a ceramic disk which keeps the sugar soft.  The powdered sugar container has an included shaker to dust your baked goods (to hide cracks and whatnot).  The flour canister has a leveler.  I'm seriously in love with these -- except for the labels which I find hard to read (so I just used my label maker).
