Visit the maple sugar houses of Vermont during the early spring; and make a day of it!

This completes my VT 251 posts, and brings you to two distinct areas in the state: just north of Burlington, and kinda-sorta near Rutland.

Lose yourself in these North East Kingdom towns. They are typically small and quiet and beautiful.

Beer, asbestos, border crossings, and bodies of water describe this VT 251 foray. IMO mostly better explored here than in real life.

Heading east from Burlington brings you into Vermont's version of suburbia, and then into some very cute and visit-worthy towns.
