I love this spatula.  Why does someone love a spatula?  Well, it is easy to clean, stiff enough to stir thick batters and sourdough, soft enough to get all the batter off the sides of a bowl, and because it is made from silicone, it is heat resistant and seems to repel sticky things (like sourdough).  It takes up very little space in a drawer or crock, and I couldn't live without mine.
